Today, I want to focus more on how Crystals can assist us on a Physical level!

Know to calm and bring about a sense of peace... Amethyst is also excellent for headaches. Instead of reaching for the bottle of Aspirin first... give Amethyst a try!! Place on area of pain, hold in that spot for a few mins. and notice how it will melt your headache away! (I don't recommend using a big Amethyst cluster like seen in the picture... look for a tumbled Amethyst.) Also, Amethyst is the perfect Crystal if your trying to rid yourself of any addictions.
