Chakras...We All Have Them, What are they?

Chakras... all about it!

Chakra! You know... you have heard of it right (your 3rd eye, etc.) ? I know if you follow my work you most certainly have heard me talking all about Chakra's and doing Chakra Cleansing/Balancings. But what the heck is a Chakra Exactly?? Well... I'm here to break it down just for you!!

Chakra: The word Chakra is a Sanskrit word that translates as "Wheel of Light." Chakra's are located throughout your body and are your energy centers.

We all know that energy surrounds us. Everything is made of energy. We are energy! Chakras are the energy centers that run along our spine and though out our body. These wheels of light correspond with different colors and each have a special meaning and purpose.

Working with Chakras is nothing "new". It's becoming more accepted here in the Western Hemisphere, however.. in the Eastern Countries, they take Chakra Energies very seriously. In fact, they have been working with Chakras for thousands of years.

There are several main Chakra points on the body and each of them have their own special job. Each Chakra governs a certain area that also relates to our emotions and functions.

There are 7 main Chakra that I work with in my sessions. As I work with the 7 main ones, there are also many other Chakra points through the body that are just as important. Each Chakra has it's unique purpose and is connected to our subtle body which in turns effects our physical and emotional and mental states.

HOW TO KNOW IF YOUR CHAKRAS ARE BALANCED?

You will know your Chakras are balanced if your feeling a good even flow. You will take notice that things are in harmony and your feeling great! Your happy, you have little to no illnesses or pain.

You know your Chakras are Balanced when you:

1. Have No Pain

2. Have No Illness

3. Happy, Relaxed, & Stress Free

4. In Harmony, Peace and Feel Balanced

HOW TO KNOW IF YOUR CHAKRAS ARE NOT BALANCED?

Different things we experience thought out our day effects our Chakras. Things like stress can really cause some issues to arise within our Chakra system. They can become imbalanced and will effect us physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

Some signs that your Chakras are NOT balanced:

1. Pain in body

2. Dis-ease

3. Unhappy, Stress, Anxiety

4. Disharmony

WAYS TO BALANCE YOUR CHAKRAS...

There are many ways you can balance your Chakras. I will go through a few of them here.

My Session will go as follows...

Once I get you relaxed (clothing on), I will then use my methods to locate and find your unbalanced chakras. Then I cleanse and balance them. Next, I place my special crystals on each chakra to "feed" them the vibrational energy they need.

After your appointment, you will be feeling relaxed and ready to finish out your day in a more positive upbeat way!

2. CRYSTALS: You can work with Crystals that correspond with the Chakra you are wanting to work balance. For example, if you have had your heart broken and you need some calmness in your life. You could work with crystals that correspond with that Chakra such as: Emerald, Malachite, Ruby in Fuchsite, Rose Quartz are all good choices. You can carry them with you and their high vibrating energy will entrain with yours. This will help raise the vibration of that Chakra as well. By doing this it will emotionally help you with the challenge your going through during this time.

3. COLORS: You can use colors that match with the Chakra you are working with. For example again the heart Chakra would be one of Green or Pink colors. You can wear a necklace or shirt with these colors. Other things you can do is eat more foods with these colors. I would say things like Avocado, Salads, Cucumbers, Strawberry, Watermelon etc. would do the trick.

 

I myself work with my Chakras each day. Before I start my day, I take time to honor each one and say aloud the things they each are meant to be doing.

By doing this process, it allows me to connect better with them.

I also did this painting, I have it hanging in my home as another reminder to myself to stay balanced.

I also make myself a priority when it comes to my Chakras too! When my Chakras are working proper I feel amazing and I'm able to assist others!!

It's important to take care of our subtle bodies as well as our physical as they are both connected.
