It's amazing to me how fast this year is going already!! How are we already in June?!! Craziness, the best thing about it going so fast is that it means we are all having FUN!!
I'm so ready to let go of things that no longer serve me as the past moon cycle... things have come up that I'm ready to LET GO OF! In life, things can't always be smooth sailing. We have to have challenges from time to time, it helps us appreciate the good smooth times. Gotta have some Ebb to go with the Flow. As I have used my mantras daily... it has proven to help me get through these tuff times. Now, with this Full Moon.... it's time to LET IT ALL GO so I can have more room for all the good stuff to come!

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN THE FULL MOON IS IN SAGITTARIUS...
When the Full Moon is in Sagittarius you will feel more stability in your life and feel satisfied. Things are going to start to calm down and feel more in order. You will notice that people are willing to listen to your advice and recommendations. You will feel the need to want to hang out with friends and be social. It's a good time to learn something new, read a good book, it's the best time to give and receive knowledge... however, don't push your knowledge on to others. Make sure you only give advice if someone is asking for it. It's always ok to ask others for advice during this time. Use your intuition to guide you here. You will have some inspiration, ideas and freedom will defiantly rule the day for you. All and all, this Full Moon will be one of easy going and good times ahead. Enjoy this playful energy tonight!

This Full Moon is known as the Strawberry Moon!! There are many others names this Moon has as well. The other name you might come across is Honey Moon or Rose Moon.
We are heading into the Summer Solstice which takes place on June 21, 2017 and Gaia is starting to warm up!! I saw the 1st June Bug of the Season the last week in May... a true sign that Summer Solstice is upon us! The Strawberry Moon is the Full Moon we have from June to July. This is a good time for relaxation and a time for contentment. It's a good time to enjoy these longer lit days and just go with the flow.
The reason why it's called the Strawberry Moon is that the Native Americans (The Algonquin tribes in this case) would name them to recall the time of year it is. It was a way to know it was the time to gather all the seeds of their earlier labor. During the month of June the Strawberries are ripe and ready for picking, thus giving the June Moon the name Strawberry Moon. This Moon will appear to be quite a bit smaller than Full Moons in the past as it will be at apogee, in fact... this Moon will be the smallest Moon in all of 2017.
Apogee: The farthest point from the earth. Moon appears smaller.
Perigee: The closest point to the earth. Moon appears Larger.
The Apogee and Perigee have effects on the tides here on Earth. When the Moon is at Apogee, it has less gravitational pull and the opposite is the same for Perigee as it has more gravitational pull... which in turn can makes higher tides or more of a variation in the high and low tides.
