Chakra Sound Healing (THROAT)

Join me each month for a Chakra Sound Healing Session! 

During this hour long event you will get: 

• Learn about the Chakra of the Month 
• Guided Meditation 
• Sound Healing

These sessions will meet on the 2nd Friday of each month. 

Make sure you sign up for all 7 to get the most benefit! 

You will enjoy this session by laying on the floor. 

If that isn't your jam, no worries, I can accomidate you. Please let me know so we can make arrangements, or feel free to bring a chair. 

A limited supply of yoga mats and blankets will be available for use during session, and will be 1st come 1st served. 

If you have your own mat + blanket,  I do recommend for you to bring it,  or any of the following that will help you feel your best: 

• Yoga Mat 
• Blanet
• Pillow 
• Bolster Pillow
• Eye Mask (If you need complete darkness to drop into the experience better.)
